Warranty
The warranty period is 2 years and begins with the handover of the goods. During this time, all defects subject to the statutory warranty obligation will be remedied free of charge. Our customer's warranty claims are initially limited to supplementary performance. In the event of failure of supplementary performance, the customer has the choice to withdraw from the purchase contract, demand a reduction in the purchase price, or claim damages instead of performance (or reimbursement of their expenses if applicable). Damages resulting from natural wear and tear, improper use, or lack of or incorrect care are excluded from the warranty.
All our children's beds, bunk beds, etc. are made of solid pine wood. As pine wood is a natural product, yellowing may occur over time with use. Factors such as incorrect temperature, humidity or ongoing maintenance can cause discolouration, especially in white lacquered beds. The discolouration and natural features are typical of the product and are excluded from warranty claims.
